Setting goals

As you all know I graduated from The Body Coache’s 90 Day SSS Plan just a few weeks ago. 

Since then I’ve been attempting to track macros, now I say attempting because it’s harder than what I thought it would be! Especially with December around the corner it’s even harder. My diary is looking so full with outings it’s difficult but I’m determined to try my best.

I’ve also decided to set myself some goals to achieve by July next year, I think this way it’ll keep me motivated and determined to achieve them. 

Goals:

1) achieve 5 – 10 pull ups by July.

2) concentrate on improving my core muscles

3) work on my back! (Not literally)

So these are my goals for 2017! What are yours?
